The show’s main character, Eleven (played by Millie Bobby Brown) is now living with the Byers and is struggling to fit in a normal life. While Hopper (played by David Harbour) is alive but held captive by the Russians – who are conducting their own Upside Down-related experiments. Plus, a new cast member, Robert England, who plays the mysterious and murderous Victor Creel.
