If you are a fan of zombie apocalypse, you must not miss this Korean drama series, All of Us Are Dead which is released on January 28, 2022, on Netflix. It is a highly rated Korean zombie drama. All of Us Are Dead is about a virus outbreak occurring at Hyson High School. The infected quickly turn into human eating zombies. Students at the high school must now fight for their lives, while they look for a way out.

Nam On-Jo and Lee Cheong-San are childhood friends and they are trapped in a classroom and surrounded by flesh eating zombies. Meanwhile, the Korean military works to isolate the outbreak and protect the country from an even larger outbreak. At the end of the story, only six student survivors reach the abandoned railway, where the military finally rescues them.

Season 1 of this drama is focusing on human survivors from zombie attacks and virus outbreaks. There is not much info on Season 2 but it is predicted to focus on zombie survivors and a wider range of virus outbreaks. All of Us Are Dead Season 1 won the 8th APAN Star Awards for the Best New Actor and the Best New Actress.

Ask The Stars

Ask The Stars is a romantic comedy about an astronaut and a tourist who meet and fall in love at a space station. Gong Ryong is an obstetrician-gynecologist with a strong sense of responsibility who arrives at the space station as a tourist. Meanwhile, Eve Kim is a Korean-American astronaut. This drama is a story expanded with their romance on a space station.

Dr Romantic is a story about Boo Yong-joo, a triple-board certified surgeon, who was once at the top of his field and used to work at Seoul’s top medical center, Geosan University Hospital. After encountering a traumatic incident, losing his wife, he disappears and changes his name to Kim Sa-bu.
The trauma causes him to question himself on his own medical capability. Losing the passion of being a doctor, he came to a small hospital named Doldam and continued his medical career. Here he meets and guides Kang Dong-joo and Yoon Seo-jeong to excel in their medical career by teaching them to fight against power and money for the sake of patients.
With the encounter in this small town, Kim Sa-bu regains his passion as a doctor. The story continues in season 2 when Kim Sa-bu visits Geosan University Hospital to recruit a general surgeon. He meets Seo Woo-jin, a doctor with a troubled past who is ostracized by his fellow doctors, and offers him the job.
Meanwhile, Cha Eun-jae is suspended after making a medical mistake in the surgery and has no choice but to follow them to Doldam Hospital. Season 3 story will be focusing on how to defend the dream and passion of a doctor against the tempting money and power.

Sweet Home 2

Sweet Home is a South Korean apocalyptic horror streaming series. The story line is based on the Naver webtoon of the same name by Kim Carny and Hwang Young-chan. Storyline of Sweet Home is about the encounters of Cha Hyun-Su who is a high school student. He is also a recluse and rarely leaves his room. He refuses to talk to his father, mother and younger sister.

One day, he lost his whole family in a car accident. He was left alone and decided to move into a small apartment. Soon after, he moves in, monsters begin appearing. People inside the apartment are trapped inside the building, realizing that monsters are lurking everywhere outside.

Hyun-su and other residents are trapped inside the building, realizing that monsters are lurking everywhere outside. Hyun-su and other residents shield themselves inside the building in the hope of surviving as long as possible. There is not much information for Sweet Home Season 2. Netflix only released an announcement on this drama in June 2022.

Taxi Driver 2

Taxi Driver is a series inspired by actual real life heinous crimes committed in Korea. The storyline expanded focusing on the life changes faced by Kim Do-Ki. Kim Do-Ki graduated from the Naval Academy and became an underwater demolition team officer. After his birth mother is murdered, he is filled with unrelenting rage and a strong desire for vengeance. Since he could not take revenge on the man who murdered his mother, he now works as a taxi driver for a company which offers a “revenge-call” service to its clients who have wronged and helps them take revenge. There is no information on how the storyline of Taxi Driver Season 2 develops.
